The 12 Steps with accompanying Scriptures and the 8 Principles based on the Beatitudes offer participants a clear path of salvation and discipleship; bringing hope, freedom, sobriety, healing, and the opportunity to give back one day at a time through our one and only true Higher Power, Jesus Christ. The 12 Steps and the 8 Principles work seamlessly together, tying historical recovery to timeless Biblical teaching.
Recovery has many faces, we often think of drug and alcohol, but Freedom Celebrate Recovery is much broader than this to include issues such as; marriage, divorce, anger, anxiety, pornography and the list goes on. It covers anything that can be called a hurt, hang-up, or a habit. The truth is most, if not all of us, who are in church and out of church have struggles. Freedom Celebrate Recovery exists to point persons to Jesus as the answer to their struggles and we commit to walk with them through the recovery process.
